Probably one of the most excellent in-home appliance services I've ever experienced. The owner and service technician were very responsive, humble and friendly (and both were named Alex). We found out on Saturday our washer was leaking. After calling Zijac as we'd done many times in the past, we learned we were "no longer in the system" and they've opted to no longer repair LG appliances. They recommended calling a poorly rated business which wasn't even open until Monday. It's difficult to our peace of mind to have our washer out of commission for more than a few days. So we decided to check Yelp to see the options and found that Sunrise Appliance Repair had the quickest quoted response time (through Yelp messaging) of 10 minutes. Indeed the owner's response was quick and to my surprise they offered availability for the very next morning, on a Sunday!! Professional and honest. This company can be described in two words: honest and professional. From setting up the appointment with Alex to Oleksandr leaving after he repaired our fridge in lightspeed and on a Sunday every interaction was professional and prompt. We were fully ready to replace our fridge for thousands of dollars, instead Oleksandr found the problem to be simply a failed inverter and fixed the problem for under $200. They also gave us a 6 months warranty on their work. This company is honest and stands behind their work - priceless these days! Highly recommended!

Our washing machine broke on a weekend. Within two hours of contacting this company they were out at our home working on the repair on a Sunday. Oleksandr was conscientious, efficient, and more than capable to handle the repair. The fact that they were available on a Sunday is valuable, as I didn’t have to miss time from work on a weekday.
